How long is the service? It’s nice to know how long a service typically runs so people can plan accordingly.
What about kids? Visitors with children like to know what to do when they first walk in—should they head to the kid’s classrooms or bring them into the main service? Also, they want to know what kind of care their child will be receiving.
What’s the service like? Let people know the style of music, whether the service is formal or informal, and other details so they know what to expect. Try to make these details reflect the mission and values of your church.
How do people normally dress? People feel more comfortable in a new place when they don’t feel like they stand out.

How long is the service? Our service begins at 10AM and lasts for 1 hour.

What About Kids? We LOVE Kids!!! We have a short (less than 5 minute) Childrens message during our morning worship; afterwards children 2nd grade and below are invited to join our children’s director for an age appropriate lesson in a kid friendly environment.

What’s the service like? We consider ourselves to be pretty informal. People dress the way they are comfortable. Our music is what would be considered a blended service with a traditional style, we sing a few hymns as well as some contemporary songs. Our music lasts about 20 to 30 minutes and the message lasts around 30 minutes.
